I lead analytics and own the AI & automation agenda for a global retailer, as part of the senior leadership team. I turn ambitious business goals into working solutions — starting from a real problem, quantifying the value, and shipping something that measurably moves the needle.
My edge is the bridge between business and technology: hands-on with the latest models and agentic tooling, prototyping in days rather than quarters, and turning strategy into products people actually adopt — because we build them together. Curious, calm under pressure, based in Vejle, Denmark.
Real problems, built and shipped end-to-end — each one now running in production. Pick a case to see how it works.
From building data warehouses hands-on to owning the AI & analytics agenda in the leadership team — a decade of turning data into decisions, and now into working software.

Led and mentored the BI team and embedded analytics into strategic decision-making. Drove strategy sessions with the CEO, refined pricing strategy against market trends, and delivered reporting for the Board.
Built a new Azure data warehouse (Azure SQL + Analysis Services, tabular) and a Power BI portal from scratch. Automated pricing, controlling and master-data processes, and drove the data workstream of a company-wide ERP implementation. Led a team of nine.
Modernised the data warehouse and BI portal with new tabular instances and a new front-end. Project lead on automating production planning at factories in Ningbo (China) and Malacky (Slovakia).
Built and maintained SQL reporting and analytics models supporting editorial and commercial decisions.
Built analyses in IBM Cognos within Performance Management, advised departments on ad hoc analysis in Excel (Power Pivot/Query), and chaired KPI meetings.
Supported data analysis and reporting across municipal departments.
The hard part of AI isn't the model — it's adoption. A lot of my job is making AI make sense to the people who actually have to use it.
Open to the right next challenge — a permanent leadership role or consulting & advisory work — anywhere AI can become real, measurable value. If that's a conversation worth having, let's talk.
